Digital Knight Finance S.à r.l. is an international investment company headquartered in Luxembourg. The company makes investments in digital content, ecommerce services, sports, entertainment & technology segments. About Digital Knight Finance S.à r.l. (“DKF”) has been incorporated in December 2020, as part of the joint venture between Digital Domain Holdings Limited (“DDHL”) a Hong Kong listed company with operations in Los Angeles, specialized in advanced film technology, visual effects, virtual reality and C Digital Libraries, a US company owned by Clive Ng a media sector financier and executive focused primarily on Asian business opportunities and instrumental to several partnerships between American companies and Asian firms, particularly during the Internet and e-commerce boom of the late 90s and early 2000s. Through this partnership, DDHL and DKF expanded their business to Europe with the objective of having an arm in this market and tackle specific investments in the media and entertainment sector. In 2022 DKF has invested in Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed company with an interesting portfolio of investments that range from NFT, securitization, payment services to an iconic Milan-based collectible cars customization and merchandising business established in 2016 by Mr. Lapo Elkann, an Italian entrepreneur and a member of a storied Agnelli dynasty. In the same year DKF has participated in the capital raise of Nobias Media Group in an effort to indirectly finance acquisitions in the European media space. In 2024 DKF has arranged for a change of control over DDHL and agreed to the staged exit from DDHL as a part of that change of control transaction. In the same year DKF exited its investments in Nobias Media and arranged for the merger of Hong Kong storied asset management firm C Capital and Youngtimers AG, that resulted in partial exit of DKF from the C Capital / Youngtimers business combination. DKF maintains several tactical investments in financing vehicles specialized on funding talent and entertainment space in Asia, including but not limited to Gushcloud Finance AG and JAKOTA Games & Reels SASU.
