Já testei iPhone com outras operadoras , via 4g , e nesse caso acessa sim os servidores. Mas se for a operadora Vivo no iPhone , via 4g , não tenho acesso . Somente via Wi-Fi .Poderia me verificar o que é ? Já faz 2 meses que está nessa situação . Você poderia tentar se conectar enquanto você tem wifi? Se isso funcionar, pode ser um problema relacionado à operadora, mas nos ajudará a diagnosticar no futuro.
